With over 10 years’ experience working with Direct Payments and Personal Health Budgets ILBP recognised the need of a new service for clients who were deemed not to have enough capacity to manage their own staff. We therefore developed a unique service for clients who lack the understanding to be an employer for their staff. Our Third-Party Service takes away the responsibilities of being an employer from the client but still allows them to retain the choice of staff. This service is provided in partnership with My Support Worker NW Ltd who are regulated by CQC with an overall Good Rating.
