When is my timesheet due in?
Please download our payroll payment schedule form found in the carers area download page.
How often will I be paid?
You will be paid every 4 weeks in line with our payment schedule providing you submit your timesheet or invoices in time.
How do I register as a new carer?
Please complete our employee details form found in the carers area download page and return by email.
How many holidays am I entitled to?
You are entitled to 5.6 weeks for year. To calculate your annual leave: contracted hours x 5.6 weeks = hours annual leave for the yea.
How do I request holidays?
You would need to arrange this with your employer. The hours can then be claimed on your timesheet as holidays.
How do I access my payslips?
Your payslips will be emailed to your provided email address before payday.
How do I update my personal details?
Please email us with your name, who you work for and the details you wish to change.
Will I be provided with training?
If there is specific training that is required to fulfil your role then ILBP will work with the local authority/CCG funding body to arrange training which will be updated annually. This could include moving and handling or and specific training.
Will I be issued with a contract?
A contract will be sent to the employer to complete with you.
Will I be DBS checked?
If you are working with a child or under a CCG package, then it is essential that DBS checks are carried out prior to you starting employment. If you are working with an adult under a direct payment, then this is at the discretion of the employer as to whether the DBS is required.
